This conference will be held on-site only. There will be no live-streaming during the event and no on-demand streaming after the event.

Membership Application

Both primary presenters and co-authors must be members of the association. Please note that on-site membership registration is not available during the event. Non-members must complete their enrollment process in advance. (Exception: On-site membership applications will be accepted for Student Members only).

Banquet

• Date & Time: July 1, 2026 (Wed) at 7:10 PM
• Venue: Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima, 1F " Suite des Flueurs"
• Fee: 3,000 JPY
• How to Join: Please sign up for the banquet when completing your conference registration.

One-on-One Meetings

If you wish to participate, you must select the One-on-One Meeting as an option in addition to your main conference registration.

• Fee: Free for academia and non-profit researchers.

Abstract Book

Please note that printed copies of the Abstract Book will not be provided at this conference.

• The password-protected Abstract Book (PDF) will be uploaded to the official conference website.
• Online Registrants: The password will be sent to you via email once the PDF is available online.
• On-site Registrants (Cash): The password will be provided to you directly at the registration desk upon payment.

Cloakroom

Please use the hotel's cloakroom located on the first floor. Please check with the hotel staff regarding the types of luggage they can accept.

Co-hosted Seminars

Light meals or boxed lunches (Bento) will be provided at each seminar.

• No numbered tickets will be distributed; please proceed directly to the seminar room.
• Please note that the number of meals is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
