Registration Overview
This is a joint registration for the 30th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Association for Molecular Target Therapy of Cancer (JAMTTC) and the 17th Japanese Association for Society RNAi interference (JARI).
- Registered participants are eligible to attend both conferences.
- This meeting will be held on-site only. There will be no live-streaming during the event and no on-demand streaming after the event.
Registration Periods
- Early-Bird Registration: April 24 (Fri) – May 27 (Wed), extended to June 8 (Mon), 2026
- Regular Registration: June 9 (Tue) – July 2 (Thu), 2026 (Noon JST)

One-on-One Meeting Fees
If you wish to participate in the One-on-One Meetings, you must select it as an option during your main registration.
- Academia / Non-profit researchers: Free (No payment required).
- Accounts will be automatically issued to all registered participants of the JAMTTC/RNAi meetings who belong to academia. Please select "3. Academia (Free)" when registering.
- Account details will be sent to your registered email address around late May.
- All presenters (Invited Speakers, Workshop Oral, and Poster Presenters) are eligible to participate for free and should select this option. (Please note that general conference registration and payment are still required).
- Corporate Members: 10,000 JPY / 1 Account
- Corporate member companies receive 1 free account. The Administrative Office will contact the company representative regarding account details. (Conference registration/payment is still required for individual attendees).
- Non-Corporate Members: 30,000 JPY / 1 Account
- Co-hosting Companies: 1 free account is provided. The secretariat will contact the person in charge individually.
Note: Please be aware that no refunds will be issued if individual meetings do not take place on the day of the event.
How to Register
Please complete your registration online via the "Registration" button at the bottom of the page by following the on-screen instructions.
- A "Registration Confirmation" email will be sent automatically upon completion.
- If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, your registration may not have been completed successfully. Please contact the Administrative Office.
- Please double-check your email address. If you use a free email service, the message may be filtered into your spam/junk folder.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Credit Card Payment Notes
- Registration is officially complete once the credit card transaction goes through. After the confirmation screen, the "Proceed to Credit Card Payment" button will appear. Please make sure to enter your card details.
- A payment confirmation email will be automatically sent. If it does not arrive or if you notice any errors, contact the Secretariat.
- Please enter your affiliation name and address accurately (including your specific department/division).
- Once paid, registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Bank Transfer Notes (Available for Early-Bird Registration Only)
- A notification email containing the bank account details will be sent upon registration.
- Please transfer the fee to the designated account by June 12 (Fri), 2026.
- When making the transfer, please ensure the sender's name is formatted as: [Registration Number + Applicant's Name]. If the name on the bank account differs from the applicant's name, please notify the Secretariat.
- If payment is not received by the deadline, your registration will be invalidated.
- Bank transfer fees must be covered by the sender.
- Your registration will be finalized once payment is verified (it may take up to a week to confirm receipt).
Changes and Cancellations
- No cancellations, category changes, or refunds can be accepted after registration and payment are completed. Please review your entries carefully.
- Exception: If the entire conference is completely canceled by the organizers, registrations will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Participation Certificates & Receipts
After completing your registration, you will receive a URL to your "MyPage" via email.
- Please log in to your MyPage to download and save your Participation Certificate and Receipt.
- MyPage Opening Date: Mid-June, 2026 (Scheduled)
